<p>General Duties:</p>
<p>As OneConnect Sales Executive, your role will be to grow business via the acquisition of new clients of OneConnect.  You will be responsible for the generation of leads,  booking  meetings, preparing proposals, closing deals and continuously acting as an Account Manager of your respective clients. Working in a remote city to our main office, you will be required to work from home and as such, must be able to work independently and call upon the support team when needed.  Much of your time should be spent on the road meeting with clients and soliciting business.</p>
<p>Primary Responsibilities:</p>
<p>•	Generate New business leads within territory<br />
•	Qualify, create proposal, present and close new business toward established sales quota<br />
•	Build ongoing relationships with account base (if provided)<br />
•	Meet and exceed aggressive monthly sales targets<br />
•	Prepare written presentations and price quotations for customers<br />
•	Analysis of customers current usage in order to up sell (if provided)<br />
•	Work with sales management and engineers to create solutions for sale opportunities.<br />
•	Maintain database of information pertinent to existing and prospective customers</p>
<p>Ideal Skills and Qualifications:</p>
<p>•	Telecommunication/technical sales experience<br />
•	3+ years outside sales experience with proven track record<br />

Provide support services for internal teams and external retail and wholesale customers, ensuring maximum service availability and performance.<br />
Primary Responsibilities:<br />
•	Support the all operations within a carrier class voice infrastructure and serve as the Operations subject matter expert in voice switching via TDM and VoIP as well as various network (IP) related items.<br />
•	Interact with the Network Engineering group (IP/Transport) for continuous maintenance and monitoring of the voice and data infrastructure.<br />
•	Update trouble tickets and execute escalations as required by the Support procedures.<br />
•	Monitor network elements using monitoring tools such as Solarwinds.<br />
•	Prioritize, respond and resolve trouble reported by customers or management systems in a timely manner.<br />
•	Engage with various carriers and open repair tickets and escalate as needed<br />
•	Interface directly with customers and track interactions, progress and resolution in trouble tickets.<br />
•	Engage in activities involving network builds, network maintenance, release/change management and capacity management.<br />
Skills / Qualifications:<br />
•	A minimum of 12-18 months of experience in a Technical Support or similar role<br />
•	Good communicator with a natural aptitude for dealing with people<br />
•	Works well in a busy environment, being quick to learn and able to deal with a wide range of issues<br />
•	Strong analytical skills and able to interpret data from various sources<br />
•	Experience in a Class 4/5 switching environment is essential<br />
•	Broad understanding of telephony systems including TDM and VoIP solutions<br />
•	Knowledge of telecom carrier services and technologies including LNP, TCAP, SS7, PRI, and ISDN<br />
•	Strong background in next generation PBX telephone systems, using VoIP technology<br />
•	Experience in network switches and routers (Cisco, Nortel) is an asset<br />
•	Familiarity with voice and data protocol analyzers<br />
•	Cisco CCNA and/or CCNP certification is a strong asset.<br />
•	Business and operational knowledge of broadband technologies (High Speed Data, VoIP)<br />
•	Solid understanding of internet/data communication technologies<br />
•	Solid understanding Internet technologies and protocols (FTP, SMTP, etc)<br />
•	Knowledge of Cisco routers (7200, 3500 &#038; 2600 series), switches (2900 series), access servers and commands.<br />
•	Excellent written and verbal/phone communication skills.<br />
•	Willing to learn and develop new skills<br />
•	Ability to work on own initiative<br />
•	Co-operate with other teams</p>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">General Duties:</span><br />
The Receptionist is responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to ensure that the business operates in an effective and efficient manner. To be successful in this position, the candidate must be organized, personable and have the ability to effectively prioritize and perform tasks with deliberate speed and accuracy.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Primary Responsibilities:</span></p>
<p>- Answer, direct and relay email and telephone correspondence as appropriate<br />
- Greet and direct persons entering organization<br />
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness<br />
- Provide general administrative and secretarial support to the business<br />
- Receive, sort and distribute mail and deliveries<br />
- Organize conference and meeting room bookings<br />
- Assist with organizing company events as required<br />
- Co-ordinate meetings and organize catering<br />
- Monitor and maintain office equipment, apprise Management when repairs are required<br />
- Control and maintain all office inventory<br />
- Maintain a tidy and well stocked office and reception area</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"> Ideal Skills and Qualifications:</span></p>
<p>- A Bachelor’s degree, certificate in administrative/clerical studies or equivalent combination of education and experience<br />
- Professional personal presentation<br />
- Previous experience in an administrative position<br />
- Good grasp of Word, Excel, Power Point and MS Outlook<br />
- Exceptionally detail oriented<br />
- Strong organization and planning skills<br />
- Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills<br />
- Proficient in English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation – knowledge of French is an asset<br />
- Ability to exercise good judgment, show initiative and be proactive<br />
- High standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information<br />
- Experience with use of fax machines, calculators, photocopiers, postage machine and multi-line phone systems</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Cairo and Toronto, January 18th, 2013: </strong>On the heels of a strong growth year, Orascom Telecom Holding S.A.E. (“Orascom”) and WIND Mobile’s founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Anthony Lacavera, jointly announce that they have entered into an agreement to transfer Mr. Lacavera’s shares of WIND Mobile Canada to Orascom.</p>
<p>Mr. Lacavera, who plans to launch a new initiative, Globalive Capital in 2013, will remain WIND Mobile’s Chairman and CEO until closing, and will continue in a non-operational capacity as WIND Mobile Canada’s Honorary Chair. Upon closing, Orascom will own an indirect 99.3% interest in Globalive Wireless Management Corp.</p>
<p>“As an entrepreneur, my vision was to ignite change across the wireless landscape in Canada, bringing more competition, better prices and superior service to Canadians,” said Mr. Lacavera. “And that is exactly what we did. Now that I am confident WIND Mobile Canada is on a course for long-term success, I can focus on launching Globalive Capital to make targeted investments in companies that share my entrepreneurial vision and continue to support innovation through new and emerging entrepreneurs.”</p>
<p>Mr. Lacavera founded WIND Mobile in Canada in 2008. Partnering with Orascom (now majority owned by VimpelCom Ltd.), WIND Mobile acquired spectrum in the 2008 wireless auction and launched what is now Canada’s fourth largest wireless carrier. Since that time, Wind Mobile has launched in Southern Ontario (including Toronto), Ottawa, Vancouver, Calgary and Edmonton and now serves 600,000 subscribers.</p>
<p>Under the terms of the signed agreement, upon obtaining certain necessary regulatory approvals, Orascom will indirectly acquire all of AAL Corp.’s interest in Globalive Wireless Management Corp., which operates under the WIND Mobile brand in Canada. AAL Corp. is a holding company that is majority owned by Anthony Lacavera. As part of the consideration to be paid to AAL Corp. (which includes cash consideration and a continuing economic participation in WIND Mobile for AAL Corp.), the Globalive group’s fixed-line assets (including the Globalive name and trademark) will be transferred to AAL Corp.</p>
<p>“Anthony Lacavera has been the face and the voice of WIND Mobile Canada,“ said Ahmed Abou Doma, Chief Executive Officer of Orascom. “I wish to pay tribute to his leadership in making WIND Mobile the official alternative to the ‘Big Three’ incumbents in Canada.”</p>
<p>Completion of the transactions is subject to satisfaction of certain conditions, including Canadian regulatory approval of the conversion of Orascom’s non-voting shares into voting shares, which would result in Orascom holding an indirect 65.1% voting and economic interest in Globalive Wireless Management Corp. immediately before completion of the transactions with AAL Corp. Orascom currently holds an indirect 32% voting interest and 65.1% economic interest in Wind Mobile Canada. AAL Corp. currently holds an indirect 66.7% voting interest and 34.3% economic interest.”</p>
